Can I view a customer’s cart? How can I do it?

Yes — you can view a customer’s cart, as well as the collections they have prepared for submission. To do so, a few conditions must be met and the steps below must be followed.


Step 1: Access in the SALY admin panel

  1. Log in to the SALY admin panel.

  2. Go to the Customers section.

  3. Find the customer whose cart you want to view.

  4. Open the customer record.

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the “Customer caretakers” section.

  6. Make sure that your email address is added to the list of sales caretakers:

    • if yes – proceed to the next step,

    • if no – click “Add sales representative”, search for your user and add it.

  7. Additionally, make sure that:

    • in your user profile, the permission
      “Place orders as customer” is enabled

    • without this permission, logging in as a customer on the B2B front will not be possible.


Step 2: Log in on the B2B front as a customer

  1. Go to the B2B platform front.

  2. Log in using your own credentials:

    • use the same email address that was added as a sales caretaker in the customer record.

  3. After logging in, you will see a sticky bar at the bottom of the page with the message:
    “You are not logged in as a customer. Log in”

  4. Click the bar.

  5. A list of companies to which you are assigned as a customer caretaker will appear.

  6. Find the company you are interested in and click “Log in”.

  7. The page will reload — after a moment, you will see exactly the same account and data that the customer sees.


What can you check after logging in as a customer?

After logging in to the customer’s account, you can view:

  • the customer’s cart,

  • saved collections,

  • all data and configurations visible on the customer’s side.

This allows you to:

  • assist the customer in completing an order,

  • verify issues reported by the customer,

  • check what the customer has prepared for submission.
