The number of orders - information on the total number of orders placed by the customer in the selected range. To change the time period, select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
Average value - average value of orders placed by the customer in the selected time period, including a mini chart.

From this tile, you can go to the list of orders. To do this, press the Go to orders button.
Merchant credit available - trade credit value, i.e. the maximum amount up to which the customer can make purchases with deferred payment. You set this value individually with each client. To edit an available merchant credit:
Press the Edit button.
In the newly opened window enter the value and press the Save button
Customer information - basic information about the company along with contact details, the value of the granted percentage discount, authorization code (a unique code required during registration) and the date of registration.
To edit the address details, contact details and invoice details, press the Edit button. After entering the appropriate data, press the Save button.

Total customer turnover - a chart showing the value of turnover generated by the customer in a selected time period.
Value and number of unpaid invoices - information on the total number and value of invoices (including, separately: overdue invoices).
Users for the client - a list of all account users along with their e-mail contact.
To invite a user to an account, press the Invite User button. In the newly opened window, enter his name, surname, e-mail address and telephone number, and then press the Add button.
To edit a user's information and permissions, press the Edit button next to the user's name. For more information on editing a user account, see section 8.
Editing user information and permissions.
Basic data editing. To edit basic user information (contact details, role and user type), enter or select appropriate data from the drop-down list, and then press the Save button in the upper right corner.
Editing the status. To edit a user's status, press the slider in the right tile and then press the Save button. Deactivating the Active User option means deactivating the account. The user will still be in the database, but will not be able to log into his account.
User account removal. To delete a user account, press the Delete user account button and then confirm the operation in the newly opened window.
Editing permissions. To edit user permissions, select the appropriate options on the available tabs, and then press the Save button.
Adding roles. Based on the saved permissions of a specific user, you can also create a new role for a company account. To do this, press the Create role with user permissions button, fill in the name and description, select the icon, and then press the Save button. You can next grant a role with the same privileges to each user from this account, following the instructions in point 8a of this manual.
Merchants for the client - information on the merchants assigned to the client.
Determining the main Merchant. To identify the main merchant, move the slider next to that merchant name. The change will take place automatically.
Merchant removal. To remove a merchant, press the trash can symbol. The deletion will take place automatically.
Adding a new merchant. To add a merchant to the list, press the Add new merchant button and then enter a fragment of his / her name or surname. Select the appropriate merchant from the displayed options.
Notes. To add a customer note, enter its content in the field, and then press the Add button.
Additional buttons. In the upper right corner, you will find additional buttons that make it easier to perform several operations.
Invite user. After pressing this button, enter the user's data and then press the Save button.
Call me. After pressing the button, select the application from which you want to call the user.
Write an email. After pressing this button you will be taken to the e-mail application operator.
Import price list. After pressing this button you can import and export the price list for the selected customer. After selecting the appropriate file, press the Import button. To export a price list (e.g. to edit it), click the Export price list button.
