Creation of customer groups. To add a new customer group:
1. Press the Add group button located in the upper right corner.
2. In the newly opened window, enter the name of the client group and then press the Add button.
Editing customer groups.
1. To edit a group of clients, hover the cursor over the appropriate line with the name of the group, and then press the Edit button. The customer editing panel will be displayed on the new subpage.
2. Basic data editing. To enter the name of the group, its description and the amount of the discount, enter the appropriate information in the boxes on the first tile, and then press the Save button.
3. Adding a customer to a group. To add clients to the group, press the Add client button, and then in the available field enter the client's name or its fragment consisting of at least 3 characters. After selecting the client, press the Confirm button.
4. Removing a client from a group. To remove a client from the group, check the box next to the client, press the Action button, and then the Remove client button.
5. Adding a merchant to customer groups. To add a merchant to a customer group, enter their details in the search field, and then select the appropriate option.
6. Merchant removal. To remove a merchant from the group, select the box next to his name, press the Action button, and then the Remove selected merchant button.
Removing customer groups. To delete a group of clients, check the box next to the group name, press the Action button, and then - the Delete selected group button.
Highest turnover by the group. This tile tells you about the turnover generated by groups during the selected time period. To change the data display period, expand the information with the time interval and select the option you are interested in.
