In the list of articles, you will find titles, publication dates and information about the visibility of articles.
Adding a new article. To add a new article:
Click the Add article button in the upper right corner.
In the newly opened window, enter the title of the articles, and then press the Add button.
Select the language version of the article from the top menu.
After writing the article and performing other activities (e.g. adding graphics or supplementing information related to SEO), press the Publish article button.
Creating an article - technical information
To add a new text block, press the plus symbol in the content field and select one of the available options: text, subtitle, list, table, citation, image, HTML code.
To change the selected text block to another one (e.g. text for the subheading), select the desired content, expand the options hidden under the letter T symbol and select the appropriate option.
If you want to bold part of the text in the article (eg keywords), select it and press the symbol B. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + B.
If you want to skew some text in an article (eg a quote), select it and press the I symbol. You can also use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + I.
To add a link to another page under the selected phrase, press the hyperlink symbol, paste the link in the newly opened window and press the Save button.
Editing an existing article. You can edit the content of an article, change its status, add new graphics or complete SEO information. To do this:
Hover over the article you want to edit and press the edit symbol.
After making the appropriate changes, press the Save button.
Delete an article. To delete an article:
Hover over the article you want to edit and press the edit symbol.
Press the Delete button in the upper right corner of the edit panel.
Filtering. You can apply filters to the article list by title and publication date.
To select the features on which you want to filter the list of articles, press the plus symbol, select the features you are interested in, and then press the Apply button.
To filter the list of articles by title, enter a fragment of the title in the window and press the Filter button.
To filter the list of articles by date, select the appropriate time period and press the Filter button.
To remove filters, press the cross symbol next to the window, and then press the Filter button.
Sorting. To sort the items, press the arrow symbol next to the property name you want to sort by. For title and status, sort is alphabetical (A to Z and Z to A), for publication date - earliest to latest (or vice versa).
Pagination.
You can set the number of items visible on the list in the Show window. To do this, select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
You can browse the successive pages of the list using the arrows.

Promotions
The list of promotions consists of the following items:
Title.
Loyalty program (information about whether the promotion is a loyalty program).
Date of publication.
Display date - the time period during which the promotion is valid.
Visibility.
Adding a new promotion. To add a new promotion:
Press the Add promotion button in the upper right corner.
In the newly opened window, enter the title of the promotion, and then press the Add button.
Select the language version of the promotion from the top menu.
Specify the promotion display time period. If you want the promotion to be displayed permanently, check the Does not expire box. Attention! The promotion display date is not the promotion validity date. You can start running a promotion before it even starts.
Enter the promotion start and end date. During this period, your customers can benefit from the promotion. If you want the promotion to last forever, check the Does not expire box.

Adding a new loyalty program. To add a program:
Press the Add promotion button in the upper right corner.
In the newly opened window, enter the program title and then press the Add button.
Select Loyalty Program from the menu on the left.
Press the Create Loyalty Program button.
Select the language version of the program from the top menu.
Complete the information as per point 4 of this manual, and then press the Save button.
Loyalty program - supplementing information.
Time to spend points - the time period during which customers can spend the accumulated points. You can set it by selecting the appropriate start and end dates from the available fields. If you want to set up a permanent loyalty program, press the button Does not expire.
Default maximum product discount - a percentage value that specifies the maximum discount for customers using loyalty programs. To set it, enter the appropriate number in the bar.
Re-join - Move the slider if you want your clients to be able to rejoin the program after they quit.
Link to the regulations. Here you can paste a link to the rules of the loyalty program that you create using the previously created page.
Short description - basic information about the program, e.g. the process of joining.
Punctation. Specify how many points a program participant will receive for using a certain amount. If you want to award users points for joining the program, move the slider with the information Points to start and specify the number of points.

Adding accruing products. Select the Charging Products field, then press the Add Product button. In the newly opened window, enter min. 3 characters, then select a product from the list. You can also use the Import / Export option.
Adding discounted products. Select the Discounted products field, and then press the Add product button. In the newly opened window, enter min. 3 characters, then select a product from the list. You can also use the Import / Export option.
Editing an existing promotion (program). You can edit the content and rules of a promotion or program. To do this:
Hover over the option you want to edit and press the pencil symbol.
After making the appropriate changes, press the Save button.

Adding a banner.
Press the Add banner button.
Enter a banner title and hit the Add button. A subpage with the option to edit the banner will be displayed automatically.
Banner editing.
Banner title. If you want to hide the banner title, move the slider on the right.
Title color. Choose a color for the title by checking the appropriate option.
Banner graphics. Select banner graphics for desktop and mobile versions.
Button. Move the slider if you want to add a button to the banner.
Button text. Enter the text that will be displayed on the button.
Banner URL. Enter the URL you want the banner to redirect to.
After making all changes, press the Save button.
Banners - Analytics.
On the edition subpage, you will find tiles with banner analytics in the selected time period. The information includes the number of impressions, the number of clicks, and the interaction rate (the ratio of clicks to impressions).
To change the time period, expand the list in the upper right corner and select the option you are interested in
Banner activation. To activate a banner, press the Select banner button in the Active banners tile. Select the banner to be activated from the new window.
Banner List.
Edition. To edit a banner, hover over the selected line and press the edit button.
Filtering. To filter banners, enter a title or a fragment of it in the filter field, and then press the Filter button.
