1. Orders - Adding an Invoice/Proforma Invoice
To add an invoice or proforma invoice document to an existing order, go to the detailed order view: Orders → (click on) Order Number, then select the "Add Document" button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
In the new window, enter the following values:
a) invoice or proforma invoice document number
b) invoice or proforma invoice document issue date
c) attach a .pdf file of the invoice or proforma invoice
d) then define whether the data entered above pertains to a VAT invoice or proforma invoice.
The first part of the form concerns mandatory data. The remaining fields, such as:
A. net value of the added invoice
B. gross value of the added invoice
C. any paid/settled value from this invoice
D. and the payment due date for this invoice
are optional data. However, the information contained in the second, non-mandatory part of the form is crucial for the correct display of the Client's tab (Front) My Account → Payments.
After filling out the form, confirm the data by clicking the "Save" button.
A success message will inform you whether the document was successfully added, and you can additionally verify it by going to the Documents tab in the detailed order view in the Admin Panel.
