1. Orders list *

  1. General information. In the order list, you will find the following information:

    1. Order number.

    2. Client name.

    3. Date of an order.

    4. The net and gross value of the order.

    5. Information about the type of payment (e.g. traditional transfer, cash).

    6. Order status.

  2. Order status change. You can change the order status if you have the appropriate permissions. To do so, select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

  3. Filtering data.

    1. By default, 3 filtering options appear at the top of the list - order number, customer name and status

    2. Additionally, you can filter orders by order date, net value and payment type. To do this, expand the filtering options using the plus symbol, select the filtering options you are interested in and press the Apply button.

    3. To filter the orders, enter the appropriate value in the field or select one of the available options (for drop-down lists), and then press the Filter button.

    4. To remove the applied filters, delete the entered data using the cross symbol, and then press the Filter button.

    5. The filters you choose are automatically saved, even after refreshing the page or logging out of the platform. However, the filters will be removed when you clear your browser data or change your browser.

  4. Data sorting.

    1. To sort the list of orders, press the arrow symbol next to the title of the column you want to sort by

    2. Orders are sorted alphabetically (for text values, e.g. customer name, payment method) or highest to lowest / lowest to highest value (for numeric data).

  5. Detailed information about the order. To check the order data, press the eye symbol that will be displayed when you hover the cursor over a specific item on the list of orders. Detailed information about the order will be displayed in the newly opened window.

  6. Pagination.

    1. You can set the number of items visible on the list in the Show pane. To do this, select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    2. You can browse the successive pages of the list using the arrows.

  7. Editing the order. You can edit the order if you are the account administrator or you have the appropriate permissions granted by the administrator. To do this, choose one of two ways:

    1. After hovering the cursor over the selected order, select the pencil symbol.

    2. After hovering the cursor over the selected order, select the eye symbol and then in the newly opened window press the Edit order button.
