1. Payments

  • To visit the list of orders, press the My Account button in the menu and select the Payments item from the drop-down list.

  • View 1. “Payments tab”

  • Each item on the payment list consists of:

a. Name and number of the document (pro-forma or VAT invoices).

b. Payment values (Netto).

c. Balances, i.e. the gross value of the order.

d. Order status.

e. Number of days to be paid.

f. Document issue date.

g. Payment date.

h. Button Show details, on pressing which list will expand with detailed information about the order.

  • View 2. Payment list.

    Payment status. Here the current status of the payment is shown.

2. Payment details.

  1. After pressing the Show details button, it will display a list of products included in the selected order. The list includes:

a. Product code.

b. Product name.

c. Unit price of the product (Netto).

d. Number of products ordered.

e. Total value (Netto) - this is the unit price multiplied by the number of products.

View 3. Expanded payment details

3. Filters.

  1. Payments can be filtered by document number, issue date, payment date, invoice value, and status.

  2. Payment number. Enter a number or part of an order number and press the Filter button.

  3. Payment date / execution date. Select the required date range from the calendar and then click the Submit button in the lower right corner of the calendar. After performing this action, press the Filter button. If interested in payments for a specific day, double-press the selected date in the calendar.

    Invoice value. Enter the minimum payment value in the Invoice value and/or the maximum value in the Invoice value and then press the Filter button.

  4. Status. From the drop-down list, select the payment status required and then press the Filter button
