Users

In the Users tab, you can add new users to the corporate account, assign them appropriate permissions and edit existing profiles.

  1. To go to the user settings, select the Settings tab from the menu on the left, and then the Users tab.

  2. Adding a user. To add a new user:

    1. Press the Add user button located in the upper right corner of the subpage.

    2. In the new window, select the role you want to assign to the new user, and then press the Next button.

    3. In the next step, complete the form and press the Send invitation button. The user will receive an invitation to the account on the e-mail provided.

  3. Edit user. To edit a user account:

    1. Hover over the name and surname of the user whose data or permissions you want to edit, and then press the edit symbol.

    2. On the newly opened subpage, you can edit basic information about the user (e.g. first name, surname and e-mail address), his role and type, and rights.

    3. After editing the data, press the Save button.

  4. Create a new role with user permissions. To create a new role:

    1. After adding a new user and setting his rights, press the button Create a role with user permissions.

    2. In the new window, enter the name and description of the role, select one of the available icons, and then press the Save button.

    3. You can also assign a created role to other users without having to edit the rights manually.

  5. Removal and deactivation of the user account.

    1. Hover over the name of the user whose account you want to remove or deactivate, and then press the edit symbol.

    2. If you want to deactivate the user account, move the slider next to the Active user option. Unchecking this option blocks the user from logging in to the account, but does not remove him from the database. You can reactivate his account at any time.

    3. If you want to delete a user account, press the Delete User button. This way, you delete your account permanently without the option to undo this action.

  6. Filtering. You can filter the list of users by various characteristics, such as first and last name, email, role, status or type.

    1. To select the features on which you want to filter the list of users, press the plus symbol, select the appropriate options, and then press the Apply button.

    2. To filter the list of users, complete the appropriate fields and then press the Filter button.

    3. To remove filters, press the cross symbol next to the window, and then press the Filter button.

  7. Sorting. To sort the users, press the arrow symbol next to the feature name you want to sort by. Sorting is done alphabetically (A to Z and Z to A).

  8. Pagination.

    1. You can set the number of items visible on the list in the Show pane. To do this, select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.

    2. You can browse the successive pages of the list using the arrows.
