1. Functioning principles of loyalty programs

1. An account user who has the appropriate permissions can join the loyalty program.

2. The benefits of the loyalty program can be used by the account administrator or a person with appropriate permissions granted by the administrator.

3. The rules governing the operation of loyalty programs are set individually by companies and may therefore differ from each other. Suppliers agree among others:

   1. Duration of the program during which you can redeem points.

   2. Rules for calculating points, e.g. for joining a loyalty program and/or spending a certain amount when shopping.

   3. Possibility of joining the program multiple times. You can join some programs only once, and others - multiple times

4. The supplier can define a list of products for which you will receive loyalty points and a list of products that can be looted under this program. The items in these lists may be different.

5. You can use the points collected as part of the loyalty program as a discount following the rules established by the company where you place the order.

6. One product can be included in different loyalty programs.

7. You can unsubscribe from the loyalty program at any time.

2. Review of loyalty programs

For information on current loyalty programs, please use one of the following options:

1. Select Promotion from the menu.

   1. After clicking on this option, you will see a subpage with available promotions and loyalty programs

   2. To learn the details of a specific program, click on the selected tile or the Check promotion button.

2. Go to Dashboard.

   1. In the Promotions tile, there is a carousel with promotions and loyalty programs

   2. Pressing the button will take you to the list with promotions and loyalty programs

3. From the menu, select My Account and then Loyalty Programs. A subpage with a list of available loyalty programs will be displayed.

3. Joining the loyalty program

1. Possibility to join the loyalty program.

   1. You can join a loyalty program if there is a Learn detail and join button next to its description.

   2. The Get Details button means that you cannot join the loyalty program. Most likely, you have already joined this program, and then you quit it, and the provider prevented you from signing up for the program again.

   3. The three-dot button means that you have already joined the loyalty program. Pressing this button will expand 2 options that allow you to:

      • Get to know the details of the program.

      • Cancel the program.

2. To join the loyalty program from the Dashboard or the Promotions option in the menu, select the program you are interested in from the list and click the Check promotion button. Depending on the available options

   1. Press the Join the program button, if the supplier does not require any additional information from you

   2. Complete the prepared form, and then press the button Join the program.

3. To join the loyalty program from My Account, select Loyalty Programs and then:

   1. Press the Get details and join button.

   2. Press the button Join the program if the supplier does not require additional information from you.

   3. Complete the prepared form, and then press the button Join the program.

4. On the subpage devoted to the loyalty program, you will find the following information:

   1. Program validity date - this is the program start date.

   2. Ability to spend points - this is the date from which you can spend the accumulated points.

   3. Program description - the most important information about the program.

   4. Information on the number of points on start - if joining the loyalty program is associated with the automatic awarding of points.

   5. A tile with a button for joining the program and information about the account balance (the number of points earned and spent).

4. Usage of loyalty programs

1. Thanks to the accumulated points, you can discount the selected purchase on the terms set by the supplier.

2. Due to legal restrictions, the minimum price of the product, taking into account the discount, is PLN 1.

3. Information about possible discounts will appear in the summary of your order.

4. To use the discount, press the appropriate tile available in the summary of your order.
