1. Your Account Manager.

The Your Account Manager option at the top of the menu will allow you to quickly contact your account representative. If you have any questions related to orders or using the platform, you can contact the account manager by e-mail or by phone.

In the menu, you will find information about the main account manager for your account: name, surname and (optional) telephone number.
To view a list of all account managers with their contact details (e-mail address, telephone number), press the name and surname of the main account manager. The list will appear in the newly opened window.
Telephone contact with Account Manager.
1. To call the selected account manager, press the telephone number assigned to him.
2. You can also contact the main account manager from the menu. Then press the phone number next to his name and surname.
E-mail contact with Account Manager.
1. To contact your account manager by e-mail, press the e-mail address assigned to him.
2. You can also copy this address using the button on the right.
