Unsent carts are draft shopping carts that you can later edit or delete.
1. General information
You can create as many carts as you want.
Information on the number of created unsent carts can be found in the menu on the right and the Dashboard (in the Carts tile).
To check detailed information about shopping carts, choose one of the two options.
Select Carts from the menu, then Unshipped carts. On the Dashboard, click the Unshipped carts button.
To see the products that are in the available cart, expand them with Show all products.

2. New cart creation
Adding a new cart.
Select the Carts option in the main menu on the right side, and then - Carts unshipped.
In the upper right corner of the displayed subpage, select the blue Add new cart button.
Cart name.
In the opened window define the name of the cart. The maximum number of characters is 45.Cart visibility status.
After creating the cart name, set its status to private or public.
ATTENTION! By default, the basket has private status. To make it public, move the slider.The private basket is only visible to the basket creator.
The public basket is visible to all account users.

After creating a name and setting the status of the cart, select the Add button. The new cart will be shown at the top of the list.

3. Editing and deleting the shopping cart
General information.
You can only edit and delete carts unshipped.
Only the cart creator can edit and delete it.
Cart editing.
To edit the cart, select the edit button next to its name.
In the newly opened window, you can edit the name and status of the cart.
After editing, select the Save button.
Removal of the shopping cart.
To delete a cart, select the edit button in its name.
In the lower corner of the newly opened window, select the Delete this cart button.

4. Adding products to carts
After finding the product, select the number of pieces and press the Add to Cart button.
A summary of the order will appear in the newly opened window, including the unit price and the total net and gross value of the order. At this stage, you can also edit the number of items ordered. When selecting the number of items for a product, please note that some products are sold in a multipack.
If the supplier offers a promotion in connection with a multipack, this information will appear on the right side of the order window. To take advantage of the promotion, move the slider next to the promotion information. The value of the order will then change and a discount will be applied.
Select the cart in which you want to save the products from the drop-down list.
After selecting the cart, press the Add to cart button.
The screen will display information about adding the product to the cart and a summary of the value of the entire cart. Below you will see a carousel of suggested products.
You can continue shopping or check the contents of your cart.

5. Import products to the cart.
To import a product to the cart, select the button with the import symbol.
In the new window, select the previously downloaded file and click the Import file button.
The file can be uploaded in the formats xls, xlsx, csv
Additionally, you can download a sample file to help you complete your order. To do this, select the Download file option
The example file contains 2 columns:
The "Code" column, in which you should enter the "product code" from the system or its "EAN code"
The "Quantity" column, in which you should enter the number of pieces of the product you wish to order
After uploading the file, the system may indicate the following messages:
Commodity not available - the given commodity is not available for sale
No commodity with the given code - the given code is not assigned to any product in the system. The correct product code shall be indicated
Used code is not unique - the given code is assigned in the system to more than one product. Indicate a product code that will only be used for one product
Incorrect value in the quantity field - an incorrect value is indicated in the 'quantity' field. Please check the value indicated in the cell
Goods not in stock - the stated quantity of the good is higher than the available quantity in stock
Max. available quantity added - the given quantity of the commodity is higher than the available in stock. The maximum quantity of the commodity available in stock will be added to the basket
Available in stock - the specified quantity of the product is available in stock, it will be added to the cart correctly

6. Editing and removing products from carts.
To remove or edit products from the selected cart, go to the list of unshipped carts and select the Show all products button.
In the expanded list of products, you can edit the number of items ordered - then the value of the cart will change.
Removing a product from the basket is possible by using the button with the basket symbol.
After pressing the button, a message will appear asking for confirmation of removing the product from the basket. To remove a product, select the Confirm button.

7. Order submitting.
Aby złożyć zamówienie zgromadzone w koszyku, wybierz przycisk Przejdź do zamówienia. Po uzupełnieniu wszystkich pól i złożeniu zamówienia koszyk zostanie przeniesiony do koszyków wysłanych.
To place an order collected in the cart, select the Go to Order button. After filling in all the fields and placing the order, the basket will be transferred to the shipped carts.
