1. Rules editing in the loyalty program.
a) Defining the rules for discounting products covered by the loyalty program is possible from the backoffice, in the marketing section.
b) After expanding, select the "Promotions" tab.
c) From the list of existing promotions, select the option to edit the one whose loyalty program you want to modify.
d) Select the edition of the loyalty program assigned to a given promotion.

2. Defining the maximum discount on products participating in the loyalty program.
a) At the very bottom of the loyalty program edition window, there is a table where you can define the products participating in the program.
b) Click the field corresponding to the maximum discount for individual products and specify the amount. This will be the maximum discount that can be obtained from the points earned as a result of participating in the loyalty program.

3. The IMPORTANT rule for determining the discount.
Due to the applicable law, it should be remembered that when defining a discount on a product, even setting it at the level of 100%, the final price will be reduced to a maximum of the basic currency unit. Depending on the selected main currency, it will be e.g. 1 GBP, 1 PLN or 1 EUR.
